He became an Enrolled Agent In 2001, is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute, and has been a member of NAEA & MaSEA since 2003. He has held a Massachusetts Real Estate Brokers license for the last 2 decades. He earned his BS in Metallurgical Engineering from MS University in Vadodara, India. He came to USA as a student in 1973 and earned his MS in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University and worked as an Engineer for 12 years.

Joyce Mohr, EA is a sole proprietor of her tax preparation and consulting business. She is a graduate of Boston University. She began her career in tax by managing a retail tax office for a major US tax preparation company where she also taught continuing education classes to tax preparers in areas including: international, rental and depreciation. Currently she teaches Part II of the Enrolled Agent Preparation course through MaSEA. She has been an enrolled agent and a member of the MaSEA since 2007. She has co-founded “Acacia in Kenya” an outreach project that partners with community leaders in Mumias, Western Kenya to care for and educate the community’s high school girls.

Lenny has had an established tax and financial planning practice since 1986 and has been an enrolled agent and a member of MaSEA since 1993. He has been a Certified Financial Planner since 1999, a registered representative with H. D. Vest since 1995, and is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute. His practice focuses on tax and financial planning for individuals and small businesses. He is also a member of The National Association of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Tax Professionals, and the Quaboag and South Central Chambers of Commerce. Lenny is also the principal of the study group entitled Enrolled Agents Round Table II that meets monthly in the Worcester area. Meetings provide continuing education sanctioned by the IRS for the requirements of EA’s.

Ralph has a full time tax practice that he started in 1978 after working for H & R Block for several years. He became an Enrolled Agent in 2002 and has been a Director for four of the past five years, chaired the 1040 Update Committee for two years and coordinated the updating of the Standard Operating Procedures. After earning his B.S. degree in accounting from Boston College, Ralph served as assistant comptroller for Brown Brothers, Harriman & Co. for 21 years.

Judith Kellogg has been involved with individual and small business tax preparation for almost ten years and became an enrolled agent in 2006. Dale Lewis prepares tax returns and advises on taxes for individuals and corporations for H&R Block. Prior to becoming an Enrolled Agent, she was a Senior Manager for Corporate Market Strategy at Lucent Technologies. She began her career as Technical Librarian at Bell Laboratories in Murray Hill, NJ. Along the way she earned an MBA from Boston University and a Financial Analyst Charter from CFA Institute. She is currently studying to become a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute, and is a member of NATP, NSTP, FPA, CFA Institute and Boston Securities Analysts. She enjoys teaching advanced tax courses, representing taxpayers before the IRS, helping clients with life’s financial decisions, and personal investing.

Harold holds both a degree in Accounting and Masters in Taxation from Bentley College. He has been an EA since March 1972 and a N.T.P.I. graduate in 2002. Harold is a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor (1999-2004) and he has over 20 years tax preparation experience. Harold is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the MASEA and is Chairman of the 1040 Tax Update, January 2005.

Terry is the owner of Durkin Associates and specializes in individual and small business tax preparation. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics with Computer Science from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from New York University. After working 21 years in the software industry with companies including IBM and eight years working part-time in tax preparation, Terry received her Enrolled Agents license in 2005 and took over her mother’s established tax practice. Terry is also a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the National Association of Tax Professionals, and the Women’s Life Planning Network of Boston. Terry has offices in Burlington and Marlborough.
